Price reduction for NatWest and RBS Xero bank feeds

NatWest and RBS have agreed to reduce the fee they charge to Xero for bank feeds.

This means that there will be a new reduced price of £1.50 + VAT per account, effective from today (1 March 2017).

Tony Reynolds, Partner in Cassons, said “The news of a reduction in charges for NatWest and RBS bank feeds in Xero is fantastic and very positive. Hopefully, this will encourage other banks and financial institutions to follow in their footsteps.”

Xero has advised that the price change will be visible on the next monthly subscription invoice that you receive after 1 March and that there may be two lines on your statement: one for charges before the decrease and one for charges after.

What is a bank feed?

Bank feeds let you automatically import account transactions into Xero from your bank or other financial institution, giving you easy access to your bank transactions and an up-to-date view of your cash position.

Set up is simple, and once bank feeds are up and running, it will save you from having to download and import bank statements to get your transactions into Xero.
